awesome family stay!

friendly staff clean room convenient layout excellent leadership

All the staff were friendly. I especially appreciated the smiles throughout my stay. the room was great and clean. I loved the shattafa in the toilet (a really nice touch!). the facilities suited families perfectly. The layout made moving around easy. i did notice the duty manager, tee, interacted well with his staff. I thought that was an excellent display of leadership.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. I thought the selection of juices was great. the restaurant offers diverse menus. Pad thai was a standout (my kid loved it!). i got courteous service with food requests at the restaurant.

The resort has a kids club. I saw the team engaging kids in different classes. the pool area is amazing for both kids and adults. We had so much fun. buggy service to the room was quite fun (especially for the kids!).

The location is very convenient. The beach is just a short walk away. numerous restaurants are nearby. This made dining options abundant. it was easy to find shops and convenience stores in the vicinity. Made everything simple.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! The buffet had everything imaginable, with fresh fruit and hot dishes. Our room featured convenient access to the pool. This. The staff provided really good service, handling all requests promptly.

I loved the hotel's pool access. My family enjoyed the water slides. They provided hours of entertainment. The staff was very attentive, and they offered friendly service. I also liked the convenient location near shops and restaurants.

The breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours.

Breakfast featured an excellent spread with American, Thai, Indian, and Japanese options. The cafe offered tasty coffee. I also liked the local food stall right next to the hotel, especially the banana pancake. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel is conveniently situated opposite the beach. I found a 7-Eleven right outside. Many eating choices and shops are within easy walking distance. It is a perfect location indeed!!!
