The Racha is located on the island of Racha Yai, 50 km from Phuket. It is one hour's drive from the airport, followed by a 30-minute speedboat ride from Chalong pier. The island of Racha Yai is 12 nautical miles south of Phuket. Batok Bay and the beach are visited by other boats and tourists during the winter months from November to April.
