Dining at Andara
SILK Restaurant serves Thai cuisine, cocktails, and wines with sea views. La Seta offers Italian cuisine. Guests in villas can have breakfast prepared in-villa. There is a bountiful poolside gala dinner with fresh seafood, oyster bar, Thai favorites and grilled fine meats followed by a line up on non-stop live performances, DJs and splendid midnight fireworks on New Year's Eve. Guests can learn to cook signature dishes such as Som Tam, Tom Yam, Pad Thai, Gaeng Keaw Wan, Gai Phad Med Mamuang, and the sweet and delicate dessert Tub Tim Grob.
