Truly Nice Stay

friendly staff excellent food soft sheets

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food tasted excellent. I liked the desserts. The bed had very soft sheets (best I've ever experienced!). I appreciated the minibar and fruits being included. I got a honeymoon dessert as a nice surprise.

My room felt a bit dated. It also seemed to require some maintenance, and the air conditioner was slightly too small for the room. I felt that the value for money was not as good as it could have been.

The hotel offers a nice gym equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes, nice for a good workout session. A pool area includes loungers and a shaded section, offering relaxation after a workout (or a long day of island hopping!).

Amazing Views and Kind Staff

fresh flowers welcome tea elephant sanctuary

The resort provided a long boat tour to beautiful islands. I also took a tour of an elephant sanctuary lined up by the staff. On arrival, I was greeted with fresh flowers and welcome tea. I received tea when I checked out too.

My room required some maintenance. The air conditioner was undersized for the space. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature during the day.

the restaurant had really good food. the service was amazing and the staff was friendly. i found the complimentary drinks nice when i arrived.

my room was small, and its needed a refresh. the air conditioner was too old and not very effective. i saw remnants of dead insects inside the lampshade.
