racial bias late pick-up
the breakfast was fantastic and the view from the restaurant was acceptable.
i was disappointed. the front desk staff repeatedly assumed my nationality based on my appearance, i found that a bit uncomfortable. this raised concerns about potential racial bias, something i hate. the airport pick-up was an hour late too, i was really worried.

I appreciated the availability of tuk-tuks (it was very helpful for getting around the hilly hotel). The complimentary minibar had beers and coconut water, which I found refreshing. Breakfast had very good options.

The hotel provides buggy carts for convenient transport. The minibar contents were complimentary and included two beers plus two coconut waters. I appreciated the traditional Thai snack served as a complimentary appetizer before our meal at the restaurant. The bathroom was spacious and particularly comfortable.

The staff was very warm and always attentive. When I requested a tuk-tuk, it arrived within five minutes. Restaurant staff was friendly and gave us a free appetizer of traditional Thai food. Every staff member provided excellent service.

the tree villa i had was really nice. it was clean and the pool was big. mostly warm. the staff were always helpful and friendly, they always greeted you with a smile which was so charming.
