The staff were very kind. boat, our driver, picked us up right on time and suggested some amazing tours. this, who speaks perfect english, greeted us with a smile every morning and always asked how we were doing. It felt so personalized! the bartenders made very nice cocktails too.

the hotel had weddings almost every day. one night, we couldn't even eat at the restaurant because of a wedding! we did not get any heads up at all.

Fantastic Pools and Excellent Breakfast!

The hotel has two very large infinity pools located close to the beach. The breakfast buffet included American options plus Asian choices like fried rice. The staff members were always smiling and very pleasant.

I was charged for a laundry bag. I had never seen that before. the pool hours could be longer.
