minor issues during stay
musty odor high prices
the room i booked, a superior king, had a persistent musty odor since there was no balcony for ventilation. rooms appear small for two adults. i found the hotel overpriced considering what it offered. also, prices at the pizzeria attached to the hotel are high.

small bedrooms insufficient staff
the pool area was decent for children. the check-in area also was nice.
the room are small. you hear nearby guests clearly. i feel the place needs more staff. i made an early checkout, but nobody asked why. it should be 5 days.

prime location family hotel easy access water facilities
I found the location excellent, just steps away from a bustling street. numerous restaurants were nearby. I could easily walk to them. the hotel is very family friendly, a bonus for my needs. the waterslide and water play facilities kept the kids entertained.
the hotel restaurant prices seemed a bit high compared to other options in the area. i did find this slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast offered many choices. It was open early and continued until late morning. kids could eat lunch without charge alongside adult meals. special requests were handled well. My son's allergies were carefully managed by the restaurant and kitchen personnel.

the pool area offered shaded sections suitable for young children. a medium slide was available. a larger pool, suitable for kids. there was a movie night with popcorn and marshmallows, though corn required a purchase. these were well maintained! though the crowds were heavy.
