The hotel offered physical therapy sessions. a personal trainer was also available in the gym. the breakfast had plenty of variety. It was always topped up. shuttle bus service was available to the beach and boat avenue.
the hotel's wi-fi speed was low. it affected streaming and video calls.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. from arrival to departure, all needs were catered to with utmost care. even two hose outlets were present. They helped rinse feet after the beach.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
The breakfast was adequate and had several options.
The noise and dust made the pool and outdoor areas practically unusable during the day. It hardly resembled the pictures on the website.

The staff were really friendly and approachable. Their warm greetings each morning reminded me of home. the birthday room decoration was beautiful. the free shuttle made planning my days easy. It took me right to the beach.

The hotel includes an equipped kitchenette, a balcony, and a sofa. Drinking water and pool towels are readily available. Access to the complimentary spa with a sauna and ice room is a great perk. The rooftop pool and bar offered amazing views. I found it very relaxing.
I was a little disappointed by the breakfast choices.

The staff provided excellent service and were super helpful. The new gym had a great steam room and sauna! Plus there was a yoga room! The hotel provides a free shuttle to the main areas. This made planning super easy.
The breakfast choices were a bit limited! Specifically for those seeking wellness options.

The top-floor restaurant included a great selection! I believe Dave Portnoy would be proud of their pizza. The drinks were excellent, which makes this hotel restaurant amazing, providing great service and excellent options.

My Wellness Beautiful Room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. All the accessories were available. I even had my own yoga mat. That was a plus for my routine and shows their commitment to wellness.

The gym had modern equipment. There is also a steam room, sauna, and ice room, providing multiple ways to relax! The pool area had plenty of space for lounging and relaxation, which I used daily.
