The room was spacious and the staff gave a very tropical vibe to the surroundings! I loved the location of the rooms. I took advantage of two AMAZING pools.
The gym equipment was a little sparse, just so you know.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! Fresh and varied options were available daily. My room was super clean and well kept. I especially enjoyed the clean pool area. There was also a great spot to unwind in a hanging chair in the lounge.
The hill leading up to the hotel is a bit steep. The walk offered decent exercise though.

The hotel is near many things including food market, the beach, entertainment, and local shops. I found it very convenient to access various attractions. Kata and Karon beaches were a short distance away so going there was easy.

The rooms provided were good, with good service available. The staff's behavior was very positive. I appreciate that the hotel had nice restaurants and swimming pools. I found the rooms to be nice and well-kept.

I found a restaurant that catered to my dietary restrictions. The supervisor Mayank was friendly and understanding. He arranged a special pure vegetarian menu for my group. I greatly appreciated this level of personalized service.

RELAXING stay

The rooms are spacious and nice. The staff is friendly and very hospitable. The hotel location is quite great. Patong is just thirty minutes away. Breakfast has a Wide variety of choices also. Pool is CLEAN.
the advertising is not right at all. I Had room in beautiful avenue wing. it means the building is situated near road, and that it is super busy in the evenings. I Didn't get Enough sleep there due to the traffic noise.
