I appreciated the excellent service from the staff. They were very helpful. The hotel location was very convenient, close to shops and attractions. I particularly enjoyed the big screen with sports at the pool area. It was amazing. The pool area was quiet and relaxing.
The cleaner kept all lights on after cleaning my room. It was a small inconvenience.

The pool had both a shallow and a deep part. It made swimming accessible for all. A gym is available with several exercise machines. Its equipment is well kept. A bar offered a wide selection of drinks and snacks.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the location near local attractions and it was easy to arrange day trips. The gym included everything I needed for my workouts. I used dumbbells up to 100 pounds and a flat bench press.

the hotel is very close to the bang la road, so it's easy to get to if you are into that sort of thing. also, i noticed its proximity to local beaches allowed for easy access and enjoyable walks. the general area not sketchy at all.
