the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. they ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any questions.. the location was also super convenient. It was so easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants.
the wi-fi was often unreliable and slow. It.. the pool area, though nice, had limited seating. Getting a lounger was sometimes a challenge, especially during peak hours.

the location was fine, and the free beach towels were convenient.
The shower's temperature control was a real challenge. It swung wildly between freezing and scalding. also, the balcony reeked. It smelled like a cheap food stall, not very pleasant. breakfast was at a nearby coffee club with a very limited voucher, inconvenient

the location was convenient. many restaurants and massage places were nearby. the beach was also a short walk away (about five minutes). i received vouchers for breakfast at a cafe next door. the staff kept the hotel very clean.
the room had some moisture. all our clothes smelled bad after our stay. the rooms were not soundproofed, because the hotel is on one of the busiest streets. the balcony was tiny.

the location was really good, close to everything. the room was spacious, which i liked. i appreciated the free water bottles given daily. the shower was nice with good water pressure.
the floor in the room wasn't that clean. my feet got dirty when i walked around barefoot, so i used the disposable slippers. the customer service was not good, though. i asked for more water, and they wanted me to check the fridge first, even though i did.
