The Pavilion has 36 rooms across four villas, each featuring unique architectural elements like wooden stairways and iron railings. Room options include double rooms with king-size beds, studios with king-size beds and sofa beds (90x200 cm), and rooms with two single beds. All rooms include air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with over 60 channels, a safe, a mini-bar, and a work area. Bathrooms have showers with hot and cold water. Select rooms offer garden or pool views. Some rooms feature a patio. Four accommodations include a private plunge pool. The private pool is not heated. Certain rooms open to a patio. Some accommodations include a balcony with pool views. Air-conditioned rooms are available, some with a fan option.
Lounges and Dining
The Pavilion features two restaurants. One is an open-air restaurant with a bar by the Lush Pool that serves a-la-carte breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM. The bar serves Asian curries, Western burgers, and snacks throughout the day and evening. The poolside lounges serve drinks, cocktails, Khmer, and Western light meals. Happy hour is from 4 PM to 6 PM, with a buy one, get one free drink promotion. Room service is available for breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM.
Leisure Facilities
The Pavilion has two swimming pools: the Lush Pool, shaded by trees, and the Sun Pool, featuring a sunbathing area. Guests receive a complimentary 25-minute massage. The spa, located next to the reception, offers massages and relaxation treatments. The air-conditioned exercise room includes a treadmill, bike, weights, and yoga mat. Guests can use bicycles for free to explore the area. Guests can become a General Manager at DIB Club, Diamond Island Beach Club - pool lounge & football pitches on Koh Pich.

The Pavilion is located in Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, near French-colonial buildings, behind Wat Botum, the Royal Pagoda. It is within walking distance of Cambodia Royal Palace, Phnom Penh National Museum, Riverside, and Street 240. The hotel is 1 km from Silver Pagoda, 1.5 km from Sisowath Quay and Aeon Mall, 0.5 km from Statue of King Father Norodom Sihanouk and Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Monument, 0.3 km from Wat Botum, and 2.5 km from Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Airport pick-up is available for $14 (regular car) or $25 (minivan for up to 4 people).
