fantastic rooftop views!

comfy bed cleaning service rooftop pool palace view
the queen-size bed in my family room was very comfy. each day, the room received cleaning services. the rooftop pool had an amazing view with the meeting point of the tonle sap and the mekhong visible. i saw roofs of the royal palace also.
Only two small elevators exist. One was frequently in use by the staff for moving various items, like tables, and that caused a wait!

the family room had a queen-size bed plus a large double bed. this room felt spacious and comfortable, benefiting from daily cleaning, a welcome touch and enhanced my stay.

delicious food spacious room cultural decor
the rooftop bar offered delicious food and cocktails. i loved the spacious premier double room , it included a great view. the hotel decor created a cambodian cultural feel.

mixed experience, some issues noted

slow elevators dust accumulation
I encountered issues with the elevators. Waiting times were excessive. only two small elevators serve the entire hotel, one of them often used by staff for moving supplies. this made relying on the elevators frustrating. also, i found dust accumulation in the room corners. it gave the room a less-than-clean feel.

panoramic view deep pool good shower curtain
the rooftop bar and pool offered a panoramic view. i appreciated the depth of the pool. the room included a bathtub and a good shower curtain that kept water in the shower area.
