broken equipment limited breakfast
the room included lovely products in the bathroom. it was a landmark double room.
the gym had equipment in bad shape, and i felt some equipment was broken. the breakfast didn't cater to my needs as someone with dietary restrictions, and there was only one type of tea available in my room.

nice staff great recommendations prepared breakfast
the staff was very nice and helped me with everything i needed. they gave great recommendations for places i could visit. one morning i had an early tour and the staff prepared breakfast for me to take with me. i thought that was great (especially the thought!).
the hairdryer in the room only expelled lukewarm air.

wide selection tuk-tuk service spacious room broken equipment tired room
the breakfast offered a wide selection with omelets prepared right there. a tuk-tuk could be booked through the hotel, our driver savet took us to angkor wat at 5am and provided information throughout the day. the hotel room was fine with everything we needed and felt very spacious.
the gym equipment was mostly out of order which was disappointing. the rooms seemed a bit tired and could use an update. i found the wifi to be horrible in the room, it was really difficult to get a stable connection.

The staff were nice, and breakfast offered many choices.
The in-room phone did not work. I had to use WhatsApp to contact reception because the WiFi wasn't working properly. The shower was cold and the aircon wasn't great. I expected better from a so-called 'luxury' resort.

friendly atmosphere comfortable bar old equipment broken dumbbells
i appreciated the friendly atmosphere at this hotel. the comfortable bar offered great cocktails, and the breakfast was sensational (especially the pancakes!).
the gym equipment was old and was unusable. i also noticed many chipped and broken dumbbells (some were missing pairs).

refreshing pool polite staff various options
The hotel pool was particularly refreshing after sightseeing, and I appreciated the clean towels available. I also found the staff to be very polite and helpful, addressing every request promptly. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, offering various options to suit different tastes.
The internet connection in my room was unfortunately inconsistent, making it difficult to send photos.
