peaceful gardens amazing staff
The grounds included peaceful gardens. All staff members were amazing and very helpful (especially when I needed directions). The restaurant provided great food. It was delicious.
The room did not offer outdoor seating.

acceptable stay but some issues
small room limited marmalade options
the location was pretty good, a short walk to some shops.
My room was small and felt outdated. the bathroom had some cleanliness issues, with noticeable hair in the shower (i'm not sure whose it was, but i didn't leave it!). the breakfast also disappointed. The quality and selection were lacking for the price, especially the limited marmalade options (just pineapple, seriously?).

serene retreat
lush greenery amazing staff luxury tours
I loved the lush greenery within the hotel walls. It really was like paradise. the staff were amazing, always ready to help with any queries i had. the hotel provided luxury tours of the temples, and the gardens were gorgeous (i enjoyed the evening snacks and fruit plate!).
i found that there was no outdoor seating outside my room, a bit of a shame. i would have enjoyed having a space to sit outside and relax.

the hotel grounds featured cool pools with lotus flowers and fountains. the khmer architectural style was evident throughout the hotel, showcasing attention to detail and a unique cultural aesthetic (it was a nice touch).

Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues Noticed
ineffective air conditioning late breakfast
The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough, even after I asked for it be fixed. It made the afternoons and evenings unpleasant as it got very hot. the breakfast was a problem. The food consistently arrived late. It was also incomplete despite my pre-selecting it. This was quite frustrating.
