adequate stay overall
spacious room khmer architecture helpful staff shaded pool inedible breakfast pestering service
the room was spacious and clean i found the khmer architecture tasteful. staff provided helpful information regarding the country. i took a tour in a tuk tuk and recommend it.
the pool area was completely shaded so the water was freezing. breakfast was not good the fruit platter had a swarm of flies. service bordered on pestering with frequent interruptions.

Lovely stay
airport transfer refreshing drink spacious suite
I was impressed with the airport transfer service. The driver arrived promptly in a clean, air conditioned car. The welcome drink and cool towel at check in was refreshing after a long journey. Also , my spacious suite had a beautiful bathroom and a comfortable bed.
There aren't any negative aspects.

mixed feelings about this hotel
limited breakfast options intrusive attention
the location was acceptable. it was easy to access nearby attractions.
The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing. i found limited options, and freshness was questionable. also, the constant attention from the staff near the pool became intrusive. Numerous employees repeatedly offered services, disrupting any attempt at relaxation.

Really good Service and Comfort

The front desk arranged a comfortable car along with a Japanese-speaking guide, a great help. They adjusted the schedule based on the children's energy and weather conditions. We managed to visit all planned locations with great ease. The hotel has a very good spa, where Linda organized massages with Sela and Sokhenn, wonderful. Dinner included traditional Cambodian dance performances, and we tried both the Cambodian and Western menus. They were fantastic. The location was good, cleanliness was great, and the food and drinks were delicious. Phikun organized free massages for both of us while we relaxed by the pool, a very thoughtful gesture.
I found the level of attention from the staff to be excessive. Various staff members approached me frequently, offering services, a bit disruptive as I tried to relax.

Expected more for the price
breakfast buffet attentive staff
The cost was high for what i received. my room was supposed to have a bathtub, it didn't. the breakfast buffet was not good. Flies were on the fruit, and the bread was stale. the staff were nice, but they were too attentive. different staff members kept bothering me when i was at the pool.

mixed experience at this location
the staff were helpful , a detail i acknowledge.
My balcony view was not as expected. the noise was disruptive and not the super calm place i anticipated. additionally, the pool area was shaded. Therefore, the water was too cold for a comfortable swim.

friendly staff great breakfast fresh water building site cold water
the staffs were nice and friendly, always ready to help. the breakfast was great with good options for every taste. the room it had daily fresh water, that was a nice touch. i also got a late checkout, what i appreciated.
i got a room with a view of a building site. the pool was shaded most of the day, so water was cold. the spa head massage, it was not good and i left early.
