Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted
poor view limited sunbeds
The staff were friendly and provided great service.
I found this quite disappointing. The air conditioning operated either at full blast or not at all, I found the noise disruptive. the limited number of sunbeds for such a large hotel was unacceptable.

Really good stay!
attentive staff spacious room calm pool
I really appreciated the attentive staff. Every request was met with a smile and prompt service. The Landmark King Room was spacious and very clean. I loved the beautiful pool area. It provided a calm space after exploring local sites.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway . A MINOR ISSUE.

The staff provided quick assistance with luggage and offered refreshing welcome drinks on arrival. Concierge services helped arrange local transportation and provided helpful information regarding the sites. Turndown service included fresh towels and bottled water.

The fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. All equipment was functional and well kept. The outdoor pool area features twenty sun loungers and a shaded area. Pool towels are readily available. The on-site spa offers massages and facial treatments.

The breakfast buffet included an egg station, fresh fruit, and a selection of pastries each morning. There were many different options. Lunch at the poolside bar offers salads and sandwiches and refreshing drinks. The restaurant provides local cuisine.

decent stay, but some issues
varied breakfast friendly staff old furniture limited drawer space
the hotel provided a good breakfast. there was a large variety to offer to everyone. the pool was also lovely to swim in. staff were friendly and helpful, i will say that.
The furniture felt old and not designed well. There wasn't much drawer space, i noticed. also, the tv lacked streaming capabilities, disappointing. i found it hard to relax in the room.

Very nice Stay!
friendly advice immaculate garden local cuisine
The airport transfer was great, offering friendly advice. The hotel maintains the gardens very well, so everything looks immaculate. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There were countless stations for local and western cuisine. The hotel has its own tuk-tuk service to take you anywhere.
The gym had a path without lights. I advise taking a flashlight if you want to workout early. It was hard to see the equipment.

fragrant towels welcome drink local options
The hotel organized airport pickup for me. I received warm, fragrant towels and a welcome drink. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured both local and Western options.
The gym pathway could use better lighting for early morning workouts.

the breakfast buffet included several live cooking areas. the staff was great, offering traditional khmer snacks during check-in. the gym was huge (i could do my workout without waiting) and made working out a blast.
my room overlooked an internal courtyard so it did not have the best view. the cultural evening i had booked was canceled, and i was told it was due to an event at the hotel. after a long day, i was really looking forward to that (i was very disappointed).
