I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast selection. It was AMAZING!!! The free water refill service was a total PLUS. The hotel offered affordable temple tours via tuk-tuk, made exploring easy. Staff kindness was appreciable. They were ALWAYS willing to help.

The pool sometimes ran out of towels. I hope this is resolved soon.

The room was spacious, boasting a comfortable swing lounge and providing ample space for relaxation. A table accompanied chairs, along with two additional sitting chairs, thus enhancing the functionality of the room. Linen quality was excellent. I found it VERY nice.

Kimsinh provided excellent local information and ensured we had everything we needed, even extra towels. He was always available and helpful. I received an upgrade to a suite. The breakfast offered fresh and diverse options. Tour operators picked us up directly from the hotel.

I experienced a water leak from the ac unit in my room. This issue seemed to be affecting multiple rooms, as other guests mentioned it at the reception desk. I hope the hotel addresses this maintenance concern promptly.

The ac unit leaked water, and i heard similar complaints from other guests. After the room was cleaned, towels were sometimes not replaced. I asked the staff to direct the tuk-tuk driver to the correct boarding point early in the morning, yet he still took us to the wrong place.
