Kingfisher Deluxe Rooms (45 square meters) include feather motifs, kingfisher silhouettes, and lamps crafted with materials from Siem Reap-based designer Eric Raisina and the Iron Workshop. Each Kingfisher room has a private balcony and seating area. Sambok Deluxe Plus Rooms (55 square meters) offer connecting doors, a seating area, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Sarus Crane Suites (60 square meters) on the top floor include a bedroom, living room, and private balcony. Room amenities feature Wi-Fi, a 42-inch television, cable channels, a Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning, a minibar, and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.
Diverse Dining Options
The Aviary Hotel provides four unique dining experiences. Fumizen serves authentic Japanese cuisine, including tonkatsu, seafood katsu, and sashimi. The Plumage Restaurant offers a breakfast buffet with Cambodian-inspired cuisine from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The Flock Café serves light meals and beverages with organic, locally sourced ingredients, including Wat Chocolate bars and GIVE Kefir probiotic drinks. The Glide Bar, a rooftop bar open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, provides Asian flavors, cocktails, and views of the Siem Reap skyline.
Leisure and Wellness
Guests can use the hotel's first swimming pool on the ground floor. One of The Aviary's turquoise pools has views of vines and flowers. The new gym includes machines and equipment. Amret Spa provides aromatherapy and chakra massage.
