The location proved to be convenient, since it was just a short walk to a major shopping center. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also found the staff to be very nice and helpful.

mixed experience with some issues

slow process noisy air conditioning

the check-in and check-out process was slow due to the large number of rooms in the hotel i found that there was one line for both check-in and check-out guests this created a bottleneck and caused delays the air conditioning unit in my room was very noisy sleeping with it on was difficult it disrupted my sleep each night

Convenient Stay Near Everything

comfortable beds convenient location polite staff

i found the beds and blankets comfortable.. the air conditioning worked well. the location proved very convenient with a short walk to the mall. plus, i appreciated the availability of many good places to eat nearby and felt the staff were courteous.

the street noise was noticeable inside the room, due to a lack of soundproofing. i heard horns throughout the night and people shouting in the corridors at late hours. it affected my sleep quality.

convenient location friendly staff delicious breakfast useful kitchenette

i found the location very convenient near a large mall and the airport staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay the breakfast offered many options all were delicious and satisfying i especially liked having a small kitchenette in my room that proved useful

the shower door in my room did not close completely this resulted in water spilling onto the bathroom floor after each shower some hallway slabs also felt loose needing attention

the location is close to mall of asia, a short walk. the concierge helped me get a taxi to the airport at 3 a.m. for a reasonable price (i was surprised by the honesty!).

the check-in queue was very long.

The pool was a highlight. My children especially enjoyed it and I felt at ease knowing it was well-kept, the room provided was clean, and the hotel staff promptly supplied extra towels and slippers when requested. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth, which saved valuable time and reduced stress. The hot tub was large and enjoyable.
