i found the location very convenient near a large mall and the airport staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay the breakfast offered many options all were delicious and satisfying i especially liked having a small kitchenette in my room that proved useful

the shower door in my room did not close completely this resulted in water spilling onto the bathroom floor after each shower some hallway slabs also felt loose needing attention

the location is close to mall of asia, a short walk. the concierge helped me get a taxi to the airport at 3 a.m. for a reasonable price (i was surprised by the honesty!).

the check-in queue was very long.

The pool was a highlight. My children especially enjoyed it and I felt at ease knowing it was well kept, the room provided was clean, and the hotel staff promptly supplied extra towels and slippers when requested. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth, which saved valuable time and reduced stress. The hot tub was large and enjoyable.
