slow check-in process delayed room

the buggy service was good. i got around the hotel easily.

The check-in process was frustrating. It took almost an hour. the room wasn't ready at the stated check-in time. i had to wait in the lobby. it was not the relaxing start i wanted to my vacation, and the staff didn't seem too concerned about the delay.

breakfast buffet endless options service quality high price

the restaurants served food. breakfast buffets had endless options and fresh morning juices was one of the best hotel buffets i had abroad.

my suite offered a fantastic view and all the expected amenities, but the service quality for the spa could of improve for the price. i was a bit disappointed that the cost did not match the experience. i thought it lacked that extra something.
