Shangri-La Boracay features 219 rooms and villas with Filipino design. Room options range from Deluxe Seaview Rooms with garden views, to Premier Seaview Rooms steps from Punta Bunga beach. The Premier Family Seaview Rooms have two queen-size beds and a veranda. Seaview Suites include a bar area, a bathroom, a balcony with a whirlpool. Tree House Villas are two-storey with a master bedroom on the lower floor and a living area upstairs. One-Bedroom Pool Villas have a private infinity pool. The Loft Villa features an infinity pool and an outdoor deck with views of Boracay. Two-Bedroom Pool Villas provide access to a garden and pool. Two-Bedroom Ocean Villas offer sea views. The Shangri-La Villa is a combination of three villas.

Vintana Asian Café offers Filipino and international breakfast buffet selections and Asian cuisine. Rima Mediterranean Treetop Dining serves southern European dinners among the treetops. Cielo Poolside Restaurant & Bar offers pizzas and cocktails. Other options include Sirena Seafood Restaurant & Clifftop Bar for seafood and cocktails. The resort also offers water bottling plant with still and sparkling options served in reusable glass bottles.

Shangri-La Boracay has two beaches, Punta Bunga and Banyugan Beach, with water sports. The resort features a naturalistic swimming pool amidst gardens and fountains. Location and transport
Shangri-La Boracay is on Boracay's northern coastline, 10 km from Godofredo P. Ramos Airport. The resort provides speedboat service to the resort. Manila is the gateway for international flights via Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Travelers from Kalibo Airport require a 1.5-hour land transfer to Caticlan to access Boracay Island. Nearby landmarks include Happy Dream Land Boracay (1.5 km), Ilig Iligan Beach (2 km), and Mount Luho (2.5 km). Bulabog Beach is popular for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Crystal Cave, Buslugan Cave and Bat Cave are located east of Barangay Yapak.
