clean beach friendly staff well kept facilities slow wifi oily food extra cost

the resort had a beautiful beach front with clean sand. i appreciated the friendly staff ready to assist with any needs. the facilities seemed to be well kept.

the wifi connection was notably slow, hindering work or movie watching. food quality could improve, as it often seemed oily and unhealthy. i found i had to pay extra for activities such as kayaking.

The beach was beautiful with clean sand.

My room's air conditioning was poorly positioned, so the bathroom got too cold and the bedroom felt stuffy. I hoped for better climate control in a suite at this price.

the chocolate hour was a treat! it had various chocolates and pastries served daily. the gym is well-equipped with nice views. the family really enjoyed it. the private beach was amazing!

The breakfast selection felt sparse. i think other hotels offer more for a five-star rating. the limited seats on the shuttle service made it hard to get around. we also had only one elevator. It carried only four people at a time.
