i enjoyed using the tides restaurant twice for dinner. the parade at tides around 18:45 was really cool. mai, the server there, was very kind to me and ensured my food was okay. the pool and private beach looked amazing!

The tides restaurant had courteous and attentive staff. Anthon and camell were great. the food tasted very good. I enjoyed it all.

i hurt myself on the coral at the beach because i did not read the sign. it would have been good to have a larger caution sign to ask for footwear first!

Really good Stay

attentive staff fresh options excellent service customer service

The staff are attentive and quick to address requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. Jack at the beach were great too ensure my needs were met. I had an amazing experience with Mai, Kip and Marvin who provided excellent customer service during breakfast.

The gym was slightly crowded during peak hours.

The Premier Double Room had modern amenities and a spacious layout. The beds were comfortable with high-quality linens. The room included a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks and a large tv.

Tides restaurant provided a great buffet experience. There was a lot of choice of food. The seafood harvest on Sunday's nights is great. All the food items are fresh and delicious (i specially loved the desserts!).

decent stay with minor drawbacks

snorkel gear great service fish area reservation cancellation missing response no refund

i stayed three nights in august 2024. the service at the beach center was great. evelyn, julie, argen and stewart provided snorkelling gear. they also directed me to the best areas to see the most fish.

i contacted the hotel to cancel my reservation (this happened before my stay). they said they would get back to me. it has been more than two weeks and i still have not received a response.
