the ocean view rooms were a decent size with plenty of space.

The pool had music that was way too loud and ruined any chance of relaxation. It became quite irritating after a while. breakfast had loud music, it was hard to have a normal conversation. it affected my stay negatively.

the breakfast included a high quality of food with a huge variety of options. the staff was amazing, they was always helpful and friendly. the swimming pool was fantastic, watching the sunset from there was a highlight of my stay. i had very relaxing moments.

the whole building is infested with mold, the smell is very strong. i had to ask for a change of building before even able to enter our initial room.

i liked the diverse breakfast options available. the staffs were friendly and helpful and assisted me when needed. the tradewalk cafe buffet was amazing. i also enjoyed the cleanliness of the resort.

the room had a strange cheap perfume smell upon arrival. the bathroom lacked a secondary door. the location is inconvenient because you need a taxi for everything. also, the hotel restaurant prices are absurdly high.

the room had a large balcony facing the pool and sea. it was acceptable.

i feel the seafood night buffet at tradewinds was a real let down. for the price, they only offer water as a drink. i was surprised at how hot the lobby was, more fans are definitely needed for comfort. the view lounge only had one fan for multiple guests, and it took a while for it to point our way.

the staff provided AMAZING service. i found their professionalism and warm hospitality very cute. the team was friendly and helpful. i appreciate them going above and beyond to.

room 2516 was hot upon arrival. i thought the a/c was just adjusting. however, hours later, the temperature remained at around 24 degrees celsius even after setting it lower. i contacted the front desk, and they sent someone to check, but nothing changed.
