the staff provided AMAZING service. i found their professionalism and warm hospitality very cute. the team was friendly and helpful. i appreciate them going above and beyond to.

room 2516 was hot upon arrival. i thought the a/c was just adjusting. however, hours later, the temperature remained at around 24 degrees celsius even after setting it lower. i contacted the front desk, and they sent someone to check, but nothing changed.
