clean room helpful staff lovely food muddy beach unstable wifi hallway stains
my room, a superior plus room, was always so clean. the staff was always ready to help, their kindness always warmed my heart. the food tasted lovely. it really gave me so much joy after long days.
The beach was very muddy, i did noticed. it seems a shame i couldn't swim because of low tide. the wifi did not worked in the room. This made contacting loved ones hard. some hallway walls has stains, i saw them.

The staff helped promptly and politely. The buffet breakfast had hot, tasty food. I appreciated the variety of options available each morning. The on-site gym offered a good space for exercise. It included three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
The hotel location is distant from city center. This meant travel required extra time.

friendly staff great dining helpful staff
the staff were friendly and went beyond to help us, especially shareen absalon. she. i would book again through the staff who were helpful. the accommodation did not let us down.
they served food to another table first. we arrived and ordered earlier than them. they let other guests ride the service first. we waited longer than them.

our one-bedroom suite featured a king-size bed and a separate living area. the room included a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water were also in the room.

the reserve restaurant offered buffet and a la carte options. i enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes and local filipino cuisine. breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes.

the resort provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions and the airport. the location felt secluded and peaceful. the hotel had direct access to a sandy beach where you could stroll or bask in the sun.

helpful staff breakfast variety
The staff members were always helpful with requests. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of dishes. I found the on-site gym had sufficient equipment for a workout. The swimming pools provided a relaxing environment.
The resort's location is somewhat remote, requiring a longer travel time to reach certain attractions.
