excellent stay at a great location

tranquil setting larger rooms trendy decor gentle slope

the hotel provides a tranquil setting because it is situated an hour's drive from the city (this distance ensures a peace all around). we stayed in both the garden wing and the ocean wing. the ocean wing boasts larger rooms, trendy decor, and an outdoor balcony with a large bathtub suitable for children. breakfast in the ocean wing is a more refined half-buffet, while the garden wing offers a complete buffet. the ocean wing pool features a gentle slope, great for young children.

the only minor issue i encountered was that the beach is a bit of a walk from rooms, requiring approximately 8 minutes on foot (a buggy service could improve this).

the room had comfortable bedding and a dedicated work area, and high-quality toiletries were available in the bathroom, and fresh towels were provided daily. ample storage space was available with a spacious wardrobe.

the service staff was very commendable. one front desk staff member found a room for us early, which allowed our family to rest quickly. one waiter gave the children ice cream, a gesture , made them happy all day long.

The breakfast buffet offered extensive choices. It was acceptable.

The pool area was very crowded. Finding shaded loungers proved difficult. I found the advertised viewing area accessible only via guided hike. This differs from promotional materials. The seamstress was unavailable to stitch my artwork onto bags in the advertised Batik Canting activity. This caused a delay and the item remained unfinished.

excellent staff and beautiful hotel

gentle beach beautiful sunset early room

the hotel has a great beach. it is very gentle and safe for children. the sunset is beautiful. the staff are commendable. sylvianna at the front desk found a room for us early, so my family could rest quickly.

the restaurants were full. we were advised all restaurants were full except one outside. ordering from the room service menu to eat in the hotel bar was the only option.

the garden wing beautiful king room was spacious, perfect for my stay of four nights. the room included a well-stocked minibar with complimentary soft drinks. a large balcony provided great views of the resort gardens.

the gym's air conditioning was set a little too high for my comfort.

The pool was beautiful and very spacious. the private beach was perfect for watching the sunset. It. the staff were also friendly and cute.

i showed up at the restaurant and no one seated me. i had to get my own menu and walk up to the waiter so he could take my order. they brought over the water and the beer with the caps on and i had to pour my own drinks.

shockingly slow service average food

The staff were always super helpful, a great feature.

The service was shockingly slow . It took a long time for average food to arrive. My wife and I got terribly ill after eating the same dishes at one of the restaurants. We couldn't move far from a bathroom for hours. The urgency wasn't there.
