I felt grateful for the upgrade i received upon arrival. It enhanced my experience. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and was delicious (the pastries were my favorite!). the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The beach near the hotel was not as clean as i expected. I noticed some litter.

Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Views

striking sunsets balcony access short ride

This second stay did not disappoint. The room had a balcony. The Horizon breakfast was definitely worth the cost. The main breakfast area was chaotic, even during off-peak times. Sunsets at the bar near the beach are striking. It is an amazing visual treat. It requires a short ride into the city via Grab.

The room needed some improvements. The balcony door presented some difficulties, and there were carpet stains present. the cleanliness did not completely align with expectations for a hotel of this standard. I believe attention to these details would further elevate the guest experience.

i found the breakfast buffet amazing. it had wonderful food presentation. the food preparation was also great. i also found the staff to be very friendly (jumarah and nazri were especially helpful).

the balcony door in my room was out of order. the fridge also didn't work. i noticed stains on the carpet and a lot of dust under the bed. (i think they need to improve general cleanliness).

The staff at coco joe's were friendly and efficient! i especially enjoyed the spacious, comfortable room with a super good bed. the balcony overlooked the golf area, a nice bonus. horizon lounge access was a game-changer for happy hour and breakfast. It was AMAZING!!!
