Gaya Lounge, for guest arrivals and departures, including speedboat transfers, is moving from Sutera Harbour Marina to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. Check-in takes place in the main building, featuring timber ceilings, teak furniture, and wooden floors. The resort is a walking resort with minimal motorized vehicles.
