Omakase serves Japanese omakase-style dining, including teppanyaki, shabu-shabu and nabe. The Pool Bar & Lounge, next to the infinity pool, provides Mount Kinabalu views from the sundeck. Tavajun Bay offers a private beach with a daily-changing single dish meal made over charcoal embers. Private dining is available.

Gaya Lounge, for guest arrivals and departures, including speedboat transfers, is moving from Sutera Harbour Marina to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. Check-in takes place in the main building, featuring timber ceilings, teak furniture, and wooden floors. The resort is a walking resort with minimal motorized vehicles.
