high humidity stained cushion

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found that acceptable.

I found the humidity to be a real issue. Rooms on the lower levels felt stuffy and (I hate to say it) a bit moldy. The bed cushion also had some questionable stains, so that was not ideal.
