The room had a noticeable musty smell. Maintenance clearly needs to be done. The TV remote did not work. The shower drain was slow to empty, and I found the bed uncomfortably firm. These issues impacted my overall experience.

The hotel is close to the main street. I walked there easily. The room had lots of space, and I appreciated that. The air conditioning worked very well. It kept the room cool during the day.

The bed in my room was not very comfortable. I tossed and turned a lot. The room had many flies and mosquitoes. This was annoying. I kept the windows and doors closed, but gaps let insects in. I think the hotel should provide mosquito nets.

I appreciated the daily room cleaning service. The staff did an AMAZING job keeping everything super clean. I found the beachside pool very convenient and well kept. I also liked the beautiful garden setting that created a peaceful atmosphere.

I experienced some noise due to the hotel's proximity to the airport. This made it a bit difficult to relax completely during the day.

I booked a beautiful terrace room and honestly, it wasn't great. the shower's temperature was all over the place. It went from freezing to scalding without warning, annoying. also, the bathroom soap was just a tiny block, more like a sample than something useful. the restaurant felt too expensive for what it offered.

the location was perfect! right on the beach and very near the town center. i found many restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. the staff were helpful and professional, i thought.

I had a clogged shower drain when i arrived. They fixed it the next day. there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom. there was no storage for clothes or drawers. also, the tv remote had corroded batteries.

The bathroom had a persistent drain odor. It was quite unpleasant. sometimes, the water pressure in the bathroom was nonexistent. A very frustrating experience. the natural atmosphere of the hotel was nice. the discomfort detracted from the overall experience. i expected better for the price i paid.
