The in-room facilities are good. My room was spacious and quiet. i found the location excellent. It was just a walkable distance to times square. a launderette across the road met my needs. It helped when i wanted to do laundry.

Only one bath towel was provided and a dental kit was not available in the bathroom. I had to request these from the reception.

The beautiful king room sea view included sufficient toiletries. This meant i did not have to request additional supplies. the room also included a mini fridge and a tv, which i found convenient! a complimentary water supply was a plus.

the executive breakfast offered several choices! the executive lounge area was clean and provided a relaxed atmosphere. the service at breakfast was good, it was a great addition to my morning.

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. This made my check-in process easy. the team arranged a seaview room for me. This definitely enhanced my stay. check-in and checkout were smooth processes. I did not experience any delays.

the breakfast had a good spread. i dropped my phone in the driveway when checking out, it was later recovered. my brother in law picked it up on the same day. i really appreciated this.

The television didn't work and maintenance said it was connected to wifi. Nothing could be done. the socket had burnt while using the provided hair dryer. there wasn't a laundry bag like in previous stays.

The room was spacious, with a bath tub perfect. Everything felt top notch. i especially loved the eco-friendly water filter tap in the bathroom, it was new to me.

during my recent visit, the room had a noticeable dampness issue upon arrival late afternoon, disappointing. it detracted from the experience.

The room we booked was a Beautiful King Room Sea View. This room was spacious and clean with a large bathtub. I especially liked the sunlight coming into the room in the morning even though the curtains are blackout curtains.
