the pool was nice and near the beach. this made it easy to switch between swimming in the pool and walking along the shore. the staff was very attentive, always ready with a smile. they helped when i needed something. the breakfast buffet has many options that tasted delicious.

the gym felt small. it didn't have as many machines as i had expected. they could use some new ones. i thought the service could be faster there.

i like it really well. arriving was smooth, the hotel picked me up from the airport. reception staff checked me in quick. the beach i liked, it had clear water and soft sand. i really enjoyed the available kayaks.

the gym didn't have many options, there was only one treadmill and it was old.

I found the airport transfer service very convenient. It made arrival easy. The hotel provides a smooth transition after landing. I also liked that the facilities included a lovely pool. I especially enjoyed the curtained hammocks for extra privacy near the pool (they were so relaxing!). The beachfront dinner with live music created a nice experience.

I booked a beautiful room, but it seemed a bit worn. The shower walls had stains, and the sink had chips in it. the bed linens felt a little scratchy. I also found that the air conditioning was not very strong (it struggled to cool the room).

Aldwin provided a smooth pick-up upon arrival, which started my day without any stress. Abcel and May Ann at the front desk accommodated my early check-in request. I also appreciated the birthday cake and song from Ms. Karla and the crew at Misto Restaurant (especially the thoughtfulness!).
