The room was a Standard King Room. It included air conditioning! Breakfast featured varied options! The pool provided a nice view of the beach.

the room was very tidy. there were great facilities including a big pool. the rooftop bar presented scenic views.
The room was not cleaned daily. We had to ask for it.

the resort location was great, being right by the beach front, so all boat excursions were easily accessible. the high street was also just a few minutes away on foot. it was very convenient.

Really good Stay with Attentive Service

The hotel's location near the port was convenient for boat tours. The swimming pool looked clean and relaxing. The staff was wonderfully attentive, and I found the breakfast to be of good quality. The room was comfortable and well equipped.
The balcony doors in the main building seemed to be single glazed. The noise from the nearby road was quite loud, especially with traffic starting early at 6 am. This made it somewhat difficult to sleep peacefully.

the receptionists were cute i was greeted with a drink. the room was spacious with a view of the garden. i booked tours through the hotel and the experiences were fantastic.
some front desk staff seemed inexperienced and not well-trained. i often needed to ask for my room to be cleaned even with the sign displayed. the breakfast options were limited, not catering to non-filipino preferences beyond bacon and eggs.
