fantastic island getaway

attentive staff clean beach complimentary canoes fresh pastries
i found the staff were attentive and friendly. I appreciated the cleanliness of the beach areas. I enjoyed using the complimentary canoes. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, particularly the fresh fruit selection and local pastries. The overall environment was very restful.
the bar service seemed a bit slow at times. the wait times was occasionally longer than expected. this sometimes affected the experience.

the resort featured a well maintained pool. there were also beachside loungers for relaxation. a gift shop sold souvenirs and essentials. the resort includes a dive center with certified instructors.

Island Getaway Was so great

scuba diving water sports attentive staff
The scuba diving experience was a true highlight. The clear waters allowed excellent visibility. The dive instructors ensured everyone felt secure and comfortable. Complimentary water sports included kayaking and paddleboarding. These provided many options for both relaxation and activity. I found the staff consistently great.
The food options in the main restaurant were quite limited. Á la carte service was unavailable, restricting the variety of choices for dinner. I ended up eating at the Filipino restaurant more often than planned. I hoped for more variety.

The island offers a beautiful setting. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
The food at the Firefish restaurant was average. It was sometimes even below average. The management might want to review the menu there.

Check-in was a mess. There was no explanation about pool hours. I had to remind the staff I prepaid for half-board meals and asked how it worked. I felt dismissed.
