Acceptable Stay
wonderful service breakfast variety natural light door damage
The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of Filipino and Western dishes. I thought it was delicious. Staff members like Gina, Guillermo, and others offered wonderful service. (I really appreciated their hospitality.)
Our superior room lacked natural light, I did not know what time of day it was. The room showed wear and tear, with damage to door edges. (This was a bit disappointing.)

some issues
chaotic breakfast rude checkout
The breakfast was chaotic!!! i had to ask for a bowl, butter, and sugar. these items were not replenished despite the numerous staff. it seemed like the restaurant couldn't handle the number of guests, resulting in a spillover area in the parasol bar. check-out was also frustrating. I waited in line, only for the staff to assist someone else first. it was rude and not the standard i expected.

Super Fun Stay!
wide variety prime location nice staff
I had such a blast here. The breakfast buffet has so much to choose from. The location is right on the beach. I walked there in seconds. The staff is so nice. They were always there to help.

fridge noise sleep disturbance
The hotel location was acceptable. It was close to the beach.
The fridge made so much noise. I couldn't sleep. They replaced it after one night. It still disturbed me. I wish they had addressed these issues better.
