The hotel had a prime location near Ayala mall. I found it very convenient for shopping. The room was clean, i appreciated this. Staff was polite and provided prompt service.

My room lacked some essential toiletries. There was no hand soap provided at the sink. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, and i found this distracting. I was also missing a Phone in the room.

I was kinda surprised by the location. It's really convenient with a 7/11 right next door. the proximity to ayala mall makes it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. i found it easy to get around, with taxis usually available right outside the lobby.

the wifi signal wasn't strong in my room, making it a bit difficult to stay connected.

The front desk staff was very helpful and cute, especially when i checked in late at night. They made the process smooth. housekeeping kept my room very tidy and clean throughout my stay, which i appreciated. the staff addressed all my requests quickly (that's something i value!).

the room was super very comfy and tidy, and the bed felt great (i think, i slept very well). the air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature. the water pressure in the shower was good, and the towels were changed daily.

While the hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant, there are many options available nearby. Ayala mall has a variety of cafes and restaurants. the 7/11 next to the hotel also offers some convenient food options (it's really handy!). i found plenty of choices.

there's a water dispenser available in the hallway, convenient for refilling your water bottle. the hotel provides basic amenities, but it focuses on cleanliness and comfort, most important. i noticed the overall maintenance of the premises was very good.

The hotel is located right inside the ayala business park. Every corner of the city is within reach. the convenience store right outside the lobby adds a lot of value, especially for quick needs. the proximity to banks and establishments is a plus.

the location provided easy access to ayala. i appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows. the staff were accommodating and friendly. a 7/11 store is conveniently located next to the hotel.

i found that the shower drainage was quite poor. it overflowed, not ideal. this was worsened by the delayed room cleaning. it only occurred after i specifically requested it on the fourth day.
