The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had made-to-order omelettes which I liked. The beach bar provide good international food and a nice vibe. The hotel has a local and down-to-earth feeling.

The hotel gym was advertised, I didn't find it though. Reception told me it was closed.

The breakfast offered many choices suitable for all tastes. Local and international. Every guest will find something to eat. Ismail made our breakfast the perfect start to the day with his friendly service.

The service was always kind, polite, and available, and I thought they had rare patience. Every request saw a welcome with a smile and with great care. The room service change out towels and made bed sheets daily.

the rooms were large and clean. the reception staff were very accommodating and professional.. i enjoyed the location, in a calm area. it was still not too far from the city center.

i noticed occasional planes flying over. it was a quiet little oasis nonetheless.

i found the location quite convenient near a shopping mall. the staff were helpful.. nadine, in particular. the spa offered excellent treatments, and i'd especially recommend it. breakfast presented a wide variety of choices, including fresh food.

i observed the carpets in the hallways looked outdated. the room's interior seemed somewhat dark. i also noticed limited space within the bathroom. the pool area's snack bar seemed unappealing, with a menu that i considered undesirable.

the location is good and near a shopping center (this was very useful).

the reception staff didn't care when i described a bad taxi experience, even though they arranged the taxi, which i found annoying.
