The room was always super clean. The housekeeping team kept everything very clean, with fresh towels daily. The bed was comfortable (i slept like a log!), and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I really liked having a balcony overlooking the gardens.

The pool area was a little crowded, and sometimes it was difficult to find an available sunbed, especially in the afternoon.

The room included a king-size bed and a seating area. A minibar was stocked daily with water and soft drinks. The bathroom had two sinks and a walk-in shower, that i definitely loved.

The buffet had a variety of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There were themed dinner nights with different cuisines, such as Italian and Asian. I definitely liked the fresh bread selection.

The hotel had multiple outdoor pools with plenty of lounge chairs. The gym had treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. There was also a spa with a sauna and steam room.

The staff provided AMAZING service!!! Ibrahim at guest relations and Samir in the restaurant were very helpful. They made our golf holiday great. I really appreciate their wonderful services.

The hotel did not trust its guests. Wristbands were required .

I found the hotel spotlessly clean and the staff were attentive. The selection of food served at each meal was good. Rooms were spacious and cleaning was meticulous. I appreciated that towels were changed daily and water was replenished regularly.

The all-inclusive drinks service relies solely on bar service. Queues formed often. Wine was only served by the glass. A self-serve option for beer could improve guest experience.

The food presentation at the restaurant was great, I thought. The rooms were very comfortable, I have to say. The bus service into the city center was convenient, it is true.

The gym and indoor pool looked like a war zone, I noticed. The evening entertainment could be upgraded, I believe. The complex is huge, building work occurred.
