the reception staff were quite polite and helpful . i had a small issue with a porter wanting a tip, even though i didn't request assistance with my luggage it was immediately addressed by the staff i felt. this incident was minor and did not overshadow the overall positive experience i had at this hotel.

i noticed that the hotel lacked variety in its breakfast options.

The hotel is close to the train station. That was acceptable.

The staff barely spoke English, that was disappointing! The pool was freezing cold and right in the middle of the dining area. It was also visible from the reception.

I appreciated the great location near the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful . I found my double or twin room to be very clean. the hotel has easy access to various restaurants and the medina.

The shower in my room had low water pressure, a minor inconvenience.

the staff at reception were very helpful! they assisted with directions and local information, and i really appreciated their friendly attitude. my room was always clean and tidy. the location was convenient for accessing transport and some main attractions. i felt safe and secure during my whole stay.

the noise from the street was a bit loud at times, especially in the morning.
