The private pool villa was SUPER cosy and comfortable. The spa provided a great hammam and massage. I enjoyed the private movie theatre that featured an extensive movies list. The food was delicious!!!

The hotel's location proved a bit inconvenient, requiring a 20-30 minute trip to various activities and restaurants.

the breakfast buffet was excellent. it included a wide variety of options. the hotel had lush gardens surrounding the premises. three fine pools were available, one of them heated.

The shower drain was blocked in my bathroom. this caused the bathroom to flood whenever i showered. maintenance knew about this issue and did not fix it. i was only given one complimentary water bottle per day. I think this is unacceptable.

the setting was quite relaxing.

The restaurant food was bland and not up to par for a hotel in this category. I expected more flavor. (especially since i was in morocco!). also, housekeeping was inconsistent. They often forgot to replace used items. it was annoying to constantly ask for things like towels and toiletries, something i shouldn't have to worry about at this price point.

I stayed in a one-bedroom villa that had a private pool and garden. It was great. the pool was never overlookedwith nice privacy. the staff were helpful and seemed eager to meet our needs. the food and drinks were also quite good throughout the hotel.

the location was a bit remote, needing a shuttle for most activities.
