The staff was friendly and helpful. Fatima the manager. She went out of her way to. I appreciated that all 3 rooms were upgraded to family rooms. It was a nice surprise.
The breakfast is chaos. There is not nearly enough seating, and the cutlery wasn't perfectly clean.

The rooms were very clean! I found the comforters in the beds comfortable. Upgrading to a pool-view room ensured a cleaner bathroom. The bathroom amenities were always restocked.

I enjoyed the gym. They use resistance machines, not weight machines. The slides were very entertaining. The underground parking was an advantage. The hotel has strong air conditioning which was appreciated during the heatwave.

The staff were lovely and helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It was big. three large swimming pools were available. the hotel provided ample space for relaxation and recreation.
The hotel is a bit outside the city center. Some might find it less convenient for immediate access to attractions.
