I appreciated the central location. It made exploring simple. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. i found the staff very friendly (always ready to help). the option to store luggage after checkout was convenient.

The hotel staff, including khalid and fatima, greeted me with warm smiles upon my arrival. all members of the staff were friendly and helpful. i loved the size of my room and how clean it remained . the breakfast selection was quite decent too.

the pool closed quite early at 6pm, it did not allow an evening swim.

The breakfast offered ample choices. I found many items to satisfy my palate. the strong shower was particularly enjoyable, setting a positive tone for the day. the location provided easy access to nearby restaurants. I found this very convenient for evening meals. staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, especially the porter, who was cute.

The hotel wasn't exactly close to some key historical sites. I had to walk around twenty minutes to reach them.

The pool was disappointing because it felt small. concrete tiles were used, and some edges felt rough. Some concrete was broken. i needed to contact cleaners directly for room cleaning.

The hotel has a rooftop pool. I found it a nice place to cool off. the rooms include very comfortable beds and a lot of space. the location is ideal, close to both the airport and the medina.

My sheets had stains from previous guests. I did not like that. the jacuzzi in my room was not working properly. i also thought the lighting was horrendous.
