low roof safety concern

The staff were very friendly and approachable. They provided good service.

I found that the roof in the stairwells was too low and unmarked. i hit my head hard multiple times in different areas. This was a safety concern. the experience was unpleasant.

A Romantic Getaway, Perfect Service and Elegant Comfort!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Manal and the other receptionists were always ready with a smile and assistance. The location was convenient. The room I stayed in was clean. The rooftop pool was a good bonus, even if it was a bit chilly!

I did notice that one small area in the bathroom wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as the rest. I found a bit of hair tangled in the shower drain.

Public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel. It also allowed walking to restaurants and cafes. The position made exploring the surrounding area very convenient. It was easy to reach both historical sites and modern shopping areas.

the breakfast service met my needs adequately.

my room lacked basic amenities i consider essential. the safe did not work, and repeated requests for assistance went unanswered. the television remote was also faulty, so i struggled to change channels.

excellent location rooftop pool

I felt embraced by kindness from the beginning. The hotel's location allowed easy walks to many places. I especially loved the rooftop pool and found myself spending hours there. exceeding every expectation.

I noticed some small maintenance issues . The bathroom lacked a little in upkeep. I found this a minor inconvenience but worth noting.

The rooftop pool was nice. It provided a space to relax after a long day, though it was smaller than I expected.

My room was not properly cleaned one day. The staff forgot to service it altogether. I reported the issue to the front desk, but they just apologized without offering any compensation or a clear explanation. It was a bit disappointing
