underwhelming experience
the location is quite central. it is near many sites.
the staff did the bare minimum. i had to carry my heavy bags alone. this was frustrating.

central gem with excellent service
quiet street variety of pastries warm staff aperitif hour
the hotel is on a quiet street near via dante i found this peaceful. breakfast included smoked salmon cheeses and a variety of pastries. the staff were warm i felt genuinely welcomed. they offer welcome drinks and prosecco during aperitif hour it was a nice touch.
room service is advertised as 24/7 however it was unavailable after midnight i found this inconvenient

the lounge offers a cozy setting for relaxation the coffee was particularly good. the hotel is conveniently near via dante a major shopping street. cadorna station is about a 10-minute walk providing direct access from malpensa airport.

breakfast included smoked salmon eggs cheeses and deli meats. there was also a variety of pastries focaccia and breads available. yogurt fruit cookies and tiramisu are offered too. the hotel menu is available 24/7 it provides great value.

excellent staff comfortable room
the hotel has a great location near the duomo, the castle, and the metro. the comfortable breakfast room offered a complimentary cocktail upon arrival.. the staff was friendly. our spacious room was located on the fourth floor, with a bathroom of a good size.
the hotel lacks sufficient cooling during certain times. the system switches to heating mid-october, so rooms can become warm. opening the windows leads to significant noise from the main streets.

perfect breakfast nice stay awesome location bedroom cleanliness stair cleanliness midnight service
the location is seriously awesome for travelers like me! the staff really nailed it. plus, the happy hour and breakfast were totally perfect, fueling me up for my adventures. seriously, i can't stop raving about how great it was.
the cleanliness needs a little boost, especially in the bedrooms and on the stairs. it was kinda disappointing considering the price i paid! also, room service said it's 24/7, but it totally disappeared after midnight. i really needed a late-night snack!

the hotel is very close to via dante i could easily walk to the duomo the room was a beautiful double room it was spacious and clean
the elevator was small it was difficult to fit my luggage inside there was no complimentary water in the room i found that unprofessional
