The lack of a garden view from my room was disappointing. I only saw the dormer windows of other rooms across the way. The bistro bar menu felt quite limited. After the first night, I chose not to eat there again. The bistro bar staff seemed inattentive and one was even eating at the bar. It did not make a good impression.

The team provided friendly service at all times. The spa was a highlight. Breakfast offered amazing choices. Staff were really nice too reunite me with my mobile phone I carelessly left after checkout.

My card was charged a couple of times with deposits and again with the final sum, confusing.

The hotel provides airport pickup which set a good tone for my stay. My suite was spacious and included an very nice bathroom. I found the building beautiful and the spa very cool. Staff were great from the beginning to the end of my visit.

The light switches were logically complicated. It took me a few days to get used to them. The cabinet for live lobsters made some noise in the surprisingly quiet garden.
