the location was convenient for accessing the main attractions the buses to the salt mine were easily accessible i found the staff to be polite and helpful the hotel's proximity to the city center was a definite advantage

my room had a connecting door that offered very poor sound insulation i could hear everything from the neighboring room this was especially problematic with noisy neighbors also there were no slippers provided and the pillows were not particularly comfortable

Excellent Stay Near the City Center

The location was perfect. I was within walking distance of the city center, with many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The staff was friendly. They even got my room ready a few hours before the official check-in time. The cleaning service was daily and very thorough. The room was super clean. I appreciated the electric kettle available in the room.

The room was a little small. There was no milk for tea or coffee.

The location was very good. The centrum was only a short walk away. breakfast was also very good. the staff were friendly and helpful.

our room was so small. we did not have any bedside cabinets. i used my suitcase to put a drink on, but it was quite inconvenient. the other side of the bed was against the wall so my husband had to climb down the bed to get out. all very tight! couldn't even sit in bed with a cuppa.

the room was a good size it was also clean the facilities included a tv iron and hairdryer the location was excellent it was close to the main square but not too close the staff were friendly and polite i would stay again. breakfast was good with lots of choice of food friendly staff were very helpful.
