The location was acceptable. A supermarket across the street proved useful.

The bathroom situation was awkward. A semi see-through plastic sliding door offered little privacy, so I was quite disappointed.

excellent location attentive staff complimentary drinks

The location near the skytree was excellent. staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel and room was super clean. i did enjoy complimentary bread and drinks available at any time of the day. It was a lovely touch. i found it easy to get to by train from narita airport.

the bathroom have a clear door, meaning that light will wake up everyone in the room.

Staff helped me with directions. They offered prompt assistance whenever i needed it. staff also speaks several languages, which makes communication easy. the reception area offer a quiet space for resting after a long day.

I appreciated the proximity to the subway station. It was only a two-minute walk away. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast with coffee and pastries each morning. The staff members were helpful and friendly, assisting with directions. The rooftop view was amazing, overlooking the Skytree and surrounding areas.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! they assisted me with my luggage, which i appreciated as a solo female traveler. the rooftop offered amazing skytree views. It created a lively atmosphere. i will definitely consider this hotel again.

The sound insulation was insufficient. i experienced disturbances from loud noises during the night. This impacted my sleep. the hotel should improve this.

The hotel is very close to the Sky Tree. Accessing public transport was very easy. The room was clean (I appreciated this a lot) and the cleaner was friendly. The rooftop has a clear view of the Sky Tree.

The room was very small. There was no place to store clothes or put a suitcase. The style of the hallways felt very different.

wooden accents very nice views good location

i adored the wooden accents, a warm hug after busy days. the rooftop offered very nice views of skytree and i spent hours up there. the location was a delight, tucked away but still close to everything.
