the 24/7 lawson store in the lobby was very convenient for snacks and essentials. my room had all the amenities i needed for my stay. the hotel staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. the peach and rosemary jam at breakfast was a highlight for me.

the beds were a little too firm for my liking though the spacious bathroom made up for it somewhat

the hotel's proximity to the station made getting around simple plus being close to teamlab planets and the toyosu fish market was a real bonus the neighborhood felt safe and had many options

The receptionists acted rude and unprofessional, especially that one time i asked for something. the breakfast became monotonous because they served the same stuff daily, just with slight changes. i would expect more amenities to be available. Things like pajamas or a coin laundry were absent.

the staff were very helpful. location is great. the hotel is near the train station, easy to get around. i was also pleased that the staff was able to book our kids room right next to each other.

i noticed there was not a closet to hang clothes. we stayed for 5 nights so we could have used that space.

The location is conveniently near the metro. It is only 200 meters away. the hotel is close to toyosu market, a great spot to visit. it was a short walk from the closest station though the walk was flat.
