Really good Stay Near the Harbour

The hotel's location is superb, especially for exploring Chinatown and the waterfront area. The staff provided courteous service throughout my stay. i particularly appreciated the valet personnel helping with luggage. The room had a lovely sea view, a wonderful sight to wake up to each morning.

The entrance was quite slippery. I actually fell when i arrived. it would have been nice if someone had offered assistance, but no one did. the room i booked, a tower building non-smoking room (i paid quite a bit for it), felt smaller than expected. it faced a view of a neighboring wall, not ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront and many restaurants. It is also quite close to the train station. The staff provided excellent service. The hotel had a superb location and an amazing view. Taking the Haneda Airport Bus in front of the hotel was very convenient.

The elevators were sometimes too crowded and required a longer wait.

The breakfast option included in my package was AMAZING!!! Guests could choose to eat in the breakfast room or order room service for a western breakfast. This flexibility added to the convenience and enjoyment of my mornings.

The staff was very professional. The room had a large window overlooking the park on the 9th floor, so it had a lot of natural light.

Our room looked a bit old and needs updates. I noticed there was no space to put clothes in the bathroom and the bathroom was not practical.

I could walk to the ship easily from the hotel. the staff helped me a lot when i arrived early for my flight. They stored my luggage before i checked in. retrieving items from my luggage later was no problem. The staff were pleased to assist me again.

The cafe food was not great. The steak was thin and tough. the rum ball dessert was dry. It lacked any hint of rum flavor.

the location was acceptable. it was close to the waterfront.

The room felt quite dated, it really needs some updating. the bathroom lacked space for clothes. pillows smelled like old men's hair. It was quite off-putting.

historical hotel near the port

comfortable bedwindow chairs

the hotel is close to chinatown. it is also close to a train station. my room included chairs near the window, so i could enjoy the view. the king bed was comfortable.
