i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the fine harbor view from my premium room. the location proved convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to waterfront attractions. breakfast offered many choices in a bright room (i especially liked the japanese options).
i observed that the decor appears a bit dated and could benefit from some refreshing updates.

I appreciated Ito San assistance from bell services. He addressed our issue quickly and went further. Location allowed for walking to restaurants and shops. The hotel is near to MinatoMirai train station. It was really convenient to move around. My room had a harbour view, a walk-in shower. a bath.
The hotel rooms does not have enough power outlets for computers. The room lighting could also be better. It seemed dim.
